Cheese, shredded
Brown beef, onion, and seasoning mix; drain. Stir in beans.
Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles. Place in an ungreased 9x13 pan, pressing the serrated edges together over the bottom and sides to form a crust. Spoon meant mixture over the crust. Blend sour cream, and egg; stir in cheese. Spoon sour cream mixture over the meat (it will spread out while baking). Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Try the Spicy Mexican Salad as a great side.

*Update:
If you want to spice it up try substituting the following ingredients for the Sloppy Joe Mix {see pictured below}:
1 TBSP Chili Powder
1 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
The first time I made this for Mike we were newlyweds and having some friends over. While I was making it he said, "Are you really going to serve that to them?" He learned never to say that again! And after that he asked to have it every week for 6 months.
